Class 
Policies

Our classes and team programs operate on a monthly tuition model. Tuition reserves your athlete’s place in class and covers coaching, equipment, and facility use. Payments are processed differently for Team and Rec/Adult classes.

All payments are charged automatically,

- Team will be charged on the 1st of each month via Stripe

- Rec & Adult Classes will be charged the day of the month you started classes via Wix. 

We understand that life can change!

Here's how to adjust your athlete’s enrollment:

- Pausing Membership:
You may pause your membership for up to one month per calendar year. Requests must be made in writing to samfolsom@thebarnninja.org at least 7 days before your next billing date. During a pause, your athlete’s spot will be held.

If you are wanting to change or add a day of training for Team, contact us in writing at least 7 days before the start of the next month and we will do our best to accommodate your athlete.

- Cancelling Membership:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. Cancellations made after this period may still be charged for the following month. If a cancellation is made, the athlete's spot will not be held and we cannot guarantee they will be able to get back into that particular class.

Team & Recreational Athletes:
If a day of class is missed for any reason we will offer open gym passes as an alternative. 

If Team or Recreational classes are cancelled due to events, weather, or coach availability at The Barn we will alert you in advance and offer makeup classes, open gyms, or prorated fees for the month.

Tuition and registration fees are non-refundable, including missed classes, travel conflicts, or athlete withdrawal.

Exceptions may be made in cases of documented medical issues or relocation. These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will not be issued for unused makeup classes.
